Boarding Policy

For the safety and well being of all Spalding Animal Clinic staff & clients

All new clients/boarders must have a doctor-patient relationship, and be approved by the doctor to be allowed to board.

All boarders must be up-to-date on all core vaccines

Dogs: Bordetella/Kennel Cough, Rabies, & Distemper

Cats: Rabies & Distemper

We will charge for each night

The client will be charged a full day on the day the boarder is dropped off (even if it is late afternoon) and after 11AM pick ups

The client will be charged for each kennel used

There is an option to board pets in the same kennel. If they are large dogs, only 2 per kennel. Whether the dogs can be in the same kennel is up to the discretion of the kennel staff.

This is a hospital facility first and foremost. We are not strictly a boarding facility. Your pets are receiving care and attention from a doctor when they board here which influences the price of boarding. Pick up before 11AM Monday-Friday to avoid extra charges. Weekend pick up and charges will be left to the discretion of the doctors.
